This policy explains our privacy practices for Food & Beverage Connect, (“FBC”), and FBC’s mobile applications.

FBC may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. If you purchase products or services on FBC’s site or apps, we collect address, billing and delivering information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. In case the purchase is paid by credit or debit card, the information of cards may be store by 3 rd party payment processing institution. FBC does not store or keep such information. 3rd party is only allow to use such information to complete the purchase transaction on FBC marketplace. Information about your computer or mobile device’s hardware and software may automatically collected by FBC. This information can include: your IP address, Geo-location, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the FBC website and apps.

Use of Personal Information

FBC collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s), apps and deliver the services you have requested. FBC may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from FBC and its affiliates. FBC may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered

FBC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to 3rd party. FBC may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such 3rd parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to FBC, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

FBC may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within FBC, in order to determine what services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within FBC to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area

Use of Geo-Location

Geo-location is required to use in order to provide you FBC service. When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city and area you are located in order to display the relevant information to you. We will not share your current location with other users of partners

If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone setting and/or within the mobile application

Security of your Personal Information

Your personal information is extremely important to us. FBC secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption. Although we try our best to protect your information, we cannot completely eliminate security risks associated with personal information
